• First, enter the time of your visit. It should be printed at the top of your Dollar General store receipt. 

• Next, enter the store number given next to the time of visit.
• Lastly, enter your 15-digit survey code mentioned at the bottom of the receipt.
• Once you have filled up all the information required, hit the yellow Start button. 
• You will be presented with a questionnaire that may contain questions about your last visit. Such as, you will be asked to rate your overall experience, specific aspects of the product, and service you purchased, how the store’s customer service treated you, whether you would like to recommend Dollar General to your friends or acquaintances, and like questions. 

There is nothing to worry about. You just have to be honest with your answers and feedback. That is it!

As soon as you complete the survey, you will be asked whether you want to participate in the sweepstakes. So click yes and follow the prompts. Provide the required information, such as your name, email, and phone number.
